And on Monday Tammy Hembrow was at it again, flaunting her assets and her pert derriere in a skimpy bikini.

In a video posted to Instagram Stories, the 25-year-old donned a bright green, string bikini, with an extremely high cut design that showcased her slim waist.

Tammy, who is the founder of activewear brand Saski Collection, twirled around in the swimwear. 

At one point she held onto her bust, which was barely concealed by the triangular bikini top. 

Tammy wore her blonde hair down and appeared to have on minimal makeup but for nude lipstick.

She captioned the video: ‘Sweet like candy land sweet like peach tree’. 

The mother-of-two also encouraged her fans to view her diet programs and meal plans via a link in her bio.

Speaking to New Idea in 2017, the businesswoman revealed she trains three to five days a week and prefers a combination of HIIT, weights and cardio.

She also highlighted the importance of eating protein-rich food and complex carbohydrates to maintain her flawless physique.

‘For me lean protein like chicken breast, turkey and fish, really helps, but I find that with trying to build my booty I wasn’t consuming the amount of protein I needed so supplements like protein shakes helped too,’ she said.
